ACCOMMODATION:
We will be staying at A Tourist Farm in TOMAJ, which stands on a hill with a view overlooking the Karst region and its vineyards. Its farm buildings retain elements of traditional Karst architecture and the surrounding areas are rich with culture, places to see, and things to do. Nearby is the famous Lipica Stud Farm, home of the elegant white Lipizzaner horse, as well as tennis courts and golf courses.
Far from everyday hustle and bustle, you can take pleasure in listening to the sound of silence and of birds, watch the animals on the farm courtyard, walk through the vineyards or explore the land on a mountain bike.
Swim in an outdoor pool overlooking the vineyards, and take advantage of the infrared sauna and fitness facilities.
At the farm you will enjoy Mediterranean style cooking and delicacies such as prosciutto and Slovenia’s renowned “Teran” wine.
ROOMS AND FACILITIES:
Five rooms are available on the Tourist farm Skerlj, with 2 to 4 beds per room. Each room has its own entrance and a nice view of the Karst region and nearby village. All in all, the conditions are ideal for total relaxation and gathering new strength.
